This policy explains what personal data Megh Labs ("we", "us") collects through meghlabs.com, why we collect it, who it's shared with, how long we keep it, and how you can have it deleted.
Who we are#
Megh Labs is a software company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We build and run software products for businesses. For any privacy question or request, email info@meghlabs.com.
What this policy covers#
This policy covers meghlabs.com only.
Each of our products has its own privacy policy, published on that product's website or inside the product. That policy explains how the product handles data, and it applies when you use the product. This policy doesn't cover our products.
What we collect#
When you use the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and your message.
When you visit the site: your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Our hosting and security provider records these to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Your theme choice: whether you picked light or dark mode. It is stored in your own browser only, and never sent to us.
We don't ask for sensitive data through this site, such as ID numbers, card numbers or health information. Please don't send it in a message.
How we use it#
- To reply to your message.
- To keep the site working and secure, and to stop spam and abuse.
We do not:
- sell or rent personal data;
- use it for advertising;
- build profiles of visitors.
Cookies#
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies, and no tracking pixels.
To stop spam, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks basic information from your browser and device to tell people from automated spam.
Who we share it with#
We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They process data only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, protects it from attacks, runs the spam check on the contact form, and forwards email sent to our address.
- Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Google provides our email inbox, and the fonts on this site. Your browser downloads the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when it does.
We may also disclose data when Bangladeshi law or a valid legal order requires it.
Where data is processed#
Our service providers may process data outside Bangladesh, including in the United States.
How long we keep it#

Your rights#
You can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you;

Email info@meghlabs.com. We may ask you to confirm it's you before we act on a request. We respond within 30 days.
Security#
The site is served only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Only the people who need access to run the site have it.
Children#
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy#
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page and say what changed.
